Dangote Technology Solutions is a retail and online electronics business operating in Kenya. Dangote is a subsidiary and is wholly owned by Grind Group Limited.
Our physical shop is located at:
Gaborone Plaza, Shop G3, Gaborone Road, Luthuli Avenue, Nairobi CBD, Kenya.
We sell electronics products both online and in-store.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Dangote (online or in-store), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Warranty Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order or purchase from us.
- Products & Pricing
- All prices displayed on the website are in Kenya Shillings (KES).
- Prices displayed online are indicative only and subject to confirmation.
- Dangote reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time before order confirmation.
- Display of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer to sell.
- Orders & Order Confirmation
- Orders placed through the website are requests to purchase, not completed transactions.
- No payments are made on the website.
- An order is only considered confirmed once:
- The customer agrees on final pricing, and
- Payment is made via M-Pesa or cash on delivery.
Dangote reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion.
- Payment Methods
We currently accept:
- M-Pesa
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment must be completed before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery is done using Dangote’s own rider or via customer pickup at our physical shop.
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon:
- Successful delivery, or
- Collection of the item from our shop.
- Product Condition & Use
- All products sold by Dangote, except computers (laptops and desktops), are brand new.
- Computers (laptops and desktops) sold are Ex-UK / used or refurbished, and this will be clearly disclosed at the point of sale.
- CCTV products sold by Dangote are not installed by us. Installation is the customer’s responsibility.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law:
- Dangote shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Dangote shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse, improper installation, power surges, or third-party installation services.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
- Changes to Terms
Dangote reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective immediately.
