Shipping Policy – Dangote Technologies

At Dangote Technologies, we strive to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery of all your tech essentials. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website (www.dangote.co.ke) or in-store at our Gaberone Road.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer delivery services across Nairobi, major towns in Kenya, and selected regions in East Africa through trusted courier and logistics partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Same-day processing for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and a follow-up with shipping details or tracking information


3. Delivery Timeframes

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or other logistical delays.


4. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on location, order size, and delivery method. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Free delivery within Nairobi CBD for orders over KSh 20,000

  • Standard courier rates apply for deliveries outside Nairobi

  • Heavier or bulk orders may attract a handling surcharge


5. Delivery Methods

We use reliable and secure delivery methods, including:

  • Motorbike dispatch for local deliveries (Nairobi)

  • Courier partners (G4S, Fargo, Wells Fargo, etc.) for upcountry and East African deliveries

  • Pickup from our showroom (same-day ready if available)


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or courier reference via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this to follow the status of your delivery.


7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept:

  • The courier will make a second attempt, where applicable

  • You may be required to cover re-delivery fees

  • Orders unclaimed for more than 7 days may be canceled, with a restocking fee deducted from the refund


8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, report it within 48 hours

We will initiate an investigation and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.


9. International Shipping

We currently support limited cross-border delivery within East Africa. For other international shipping requests, please contact our customer care team in advance for feasibility and custom quote.
