Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible products within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
The product is not physically damaged, tampered with, or altered
The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Software, digital downloads, or license keys once opened or activated
Consumables such as printer ink, toner, batteries (once unsealed or used)
Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of sale
Gift cards or promotional items

Returns may need to be delivered to our Luthuli Avenue showroom or shipped back to us.Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged on delivery.
Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
The return request is made within seven (7) days
The product meets the conditions described above
The item was defective, damaged upon delivery, or not as described
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 working days
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a fault on our part
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer a partial refund, including if:
The product has been opened or is not in original condition
Packaging is missing or damaged
The product is returned beyond the 7-day window without prior approval
Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund:

Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns
Additional charges may apply if the exchanged item is of higher value
